Noh and Kyogen masks on display for the first time

Ninety-two Noh and Kyogen masks from the Nozaki family's collection are on display at the Kanazawa Noh Museum for the first time. In addition to the works of the hereditary masksmiths who delivered many of them to feudal lords in the early Edo period, the exhibition also includes about 130 pieces of Noh costumes, Noh paraphernalia such as large and small drums and bird helmets, and tea utensils related to Kanazawa.
